Where to find cheap but Original Rolex and Omega Seamaster in Kuala Lumpur or throughout Malaysia?
Is there any traders for Rolex and Omega out there? I mean real Original rolex with warranty and also Omega watches.
I've been to pavillion in KL and also Mid Valley Mega Mall, only to find Tag Hueur Boutique and a combination of watches store. Last month time i went to Kota Bharu or KB Mall, and on the ground floor there are two watch boutique selling watches from Casio, Seiko, B.U.M and those of sporting brands such as Nike.
The other one sells more of high end brand. The likes of Rolex, Mont Blanc, and Tag Huer are available, with the one displayed on the windo amounting to more than RM60,000. So folks in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Bharu, check it out. Any cheap original Rolex suggestion? nope not ih the Petaling Street that sell replica's, pawn shop maybe? :)

looks like i'm going to answer my own question. After meeting and lunch at around 2.00pm, i have yet to decide what to do next. Driving from KL to Melaka will take me about 1 hour an a half. so i decided to go 'watch scouting' again.
Parked my car at Low Yatt Plaza basement and when up straight in the elevator to the second floor. There were dozens of booth on handphone. i was looking for a watch shop, there is one at the grounfloor level, at the lobby, the same wing with Apple/Mac store. Quite a bunch of Seiko.
To see the current changes/and differences in the price off watches, i would look for Seiko Orange Monster, but couldt find it there. I didn't view much inside the shop because it displays the usual brand , Seiko, Citizen, Casio, Guess, B.U.M and a few others.
I decided to explore outside Low Yatt Plaza and went just to the opposite side of the road, to Plaza Sungei Wang. Went up the stairs, there was a mamak magazine stand and finally spotted my first watch store (in Plaza Sungei Wang). Went in and was looking at the Seiko collection displayed.
To my surprise, SEIKO Orange Monster price has risen from RM8++.00 to RM1,0++.00! i think maybe they, the shop owner have bought it previously during when the Ringgit was pegged at RM3.80 equals t USD1.00. Since the Value of Ringgit has risen to RM3.20 per USDollars or because of the fuel hike, the price was set up to that new high.
I can still recall about a year ago, when i was looking for the same watch in Dataran Pahlawan Melaka, the price was still around RM750.00, with the discounted price of around 20% (which is very normal with watch store, in or out shopping season/sale period), you'll still be able to burn only RM650++ in your pocket for a Orange or Black Monster.
Watches store outside the Big Emporium or Malls normally, the starting price are 10 percent more than bigger watch store in emporiums. Maybe because of the competition in terms of customer attraction to these places are lower. During my previous scouting near Jalan Bunga Raya and a cornershop watch store at'The Junction' to Kampung Jawa, Melaka, the price was still around RM800++
*****************
i continue my search for watches and after lurking around to different stores, soon found Watatime, a more establilsed of them all. There you can find Omega's Collection, Mont Blanc, (they advertised Rolex, but i was sure i did not see any of it. Rado, Tags Hueur, Oris, and a few others which i cannot recall at this moment.
Earlier, i've met a replica's dealer selling collections and quite a number of high end piecess such as U-Boat, Corum, Chopard, Bell&Ross, Panerai, IWC and a few others which is very rare in conventional store.
i walked and scouted for around 1 hour 20 minutes, and that very same level there is actually more than 5 watch store and 2 replica store.
It was raining heavily outside.
My recommendation if you want to purchase a Seiko Orange Monster or just any watches,
1. Make your 'study' first on the current retail price, with sources from the internet or your own scouting session.
2. Negotiate with the shopkeeper on the best or very last discount that they can give.. for example tell that another store was bringing the price lower than theirs..or just tell them it's your birthday, gimme HUGE discount.! :)
well, till then guys..

Most of them are in Starhill, Suria KLCC and Midvalley. I will update more soon..
if not because my cellphone was found dead in the washing machine, i won't be going to Mahkota Parade. bought a new sony ericson. ok back to business.
Afterwork at around 6.30pm, i start my journey from office to Mahkota Parade (MP). i stop by at Masjid Kg.Hulu, the oldest most intown, built circa 17th century. after Asar i proceed.
After finished shopping for my new cellphone, i decided to lurk around at the Ground Floor, Near the Parkson Grand entrance and Burger King. If you enterr from the main entrance, after the Jewellery Shop (poh kong/tomei i think, you turn left)
walk about 4-5 shops, you'll find watatime on your right. Something about watatime, they are a bit more establish than any other watch store. They have a boutique in Sg.Wang Plaza (read my previous post). But here in Melaka their range of watches are more varied than the previous one in SWP.
Among the Brands are,(as i recall) Oris, Tissot, Federique Constant, Edox, Omega, MOMO Design, Edox, Seiko (of course!), Guess (only these are rather affordable), Mont Blanc (Watches, peens, wallet - quite exstensive collection), Fendi (more to fashion watches), TAG Huer, Maurice Lacroix and a few others 'designer brand' which is cannot recall at this moment.
When i enter, there was 2 shopkeeper and 1 customer, a fine japanese Man. The 'uncle' that's what we call our (chinese senior citizen here in this country!) was showing him a Limited Edition, Omega Seamaster that Marks its 50th Anniversary. The price MYR13,000.00 Flat! no discount ; said the uncle. if you wear this, you will be like the only few thousands in th world. I dd not get clearly this model, i asked the girl, but she did not know.
i was a bit relaxed in the shop, because they never aspect a guy like me would purchase even MYR1,500 to 3,000 kind of watches. I assume i was not their 'target market' so i can walk freely and continue window shopping in the shop.
I got to praise Watatime because of its large collection almost over 15 different brands were available.
i will usually glance at the Seiko part which display a more 'affordable' watches. They have seiko 5, Seiko Sportura collection, but no Monster's is availble.
i went out and went to another store, where i previously bought my Casio Edifice Chrono. (cheap one). I went to City Chain watch store. If you enter from the main entrance of Mahkota Parade Melaka, it is on your right, the second shop from the turn.
As usual, city chain is more familiar with Ellesse, Seiko, Solvil Titus, CYMA - the chinese Movt, BUM and a few others 'affordable ones'. i was quite attracted with its collection of Nautica watches. From my view, a few of these Nautica has large pin which resemble Invicta and U-Boat. if not Graham's watches. except that Graham has security piin and Invicta has some chain attached. I'll bring in some pictures later.
most of them are in Black colour. I did not purchase anything. so i went out, pay parking (MYR2 for the first 3 hours) and went home.
If you ever come to Melaka, Watatime at mahkota parade is recommended. Let me know if you need furher info. before that, can anyone give some info on the Omega Limited Edition and its 50th Anniversary watches. I'll look out also for some pictures.
later days guys!
